Summer Stipend:

Sustainable Communities Summer Interns will receive a stipend of $3000 for a part-time internship and $6000 for a full-time internship.  Internships also provide course audit credit for our students. Student Interns are expected to meet Georgia Tech employee standards, as well as the standards of the partner where they are placed to receive any stipend.

Academic Year (Fall and Spring) Stipend:

Although SLS will not run a formal internship program during the fall and spring semesters, we are available to help individual students identify potential partner placements for fall and/or spring. We request that internship host/partners contribute $250 per semester for student intern transportation needs.

(NOTE: If any internship host/partner cannot contribute $250, please contact SLS. We do not want to turn away partners due to financial constraints and are committed to figuring out how to work with partners with varying budgets.)
